探讨跌倒工具包对预防住院老年患者跌倒的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨跌倒工具包对住院老年患者跌倒的发生率的影响。方法选择2017年1—6月于笔者所在医院的住院高危跌倒老年患者列为对照组,按照常规跌倒护理。选择2017年7—12月住院高危跌倒老年患者列为实验组,实施跌倒工具包的应用。对两组高风险患者的高危跌倒发生率、跌倒损伤率、实施前后责任护士对跌倒知识掌握合格率及患者、家属对跌倒知识的知晓率进行比较。结果实验组高危跌倒发生率和跌倒的损伤程度低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组责任护士对跌倒知识考核的合格率及患者、家属对跌倒知识的知晓率与对照组比较均明显上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用跌倒工具包能有效降低住院老年患者跌倒的发生。Objective To explore the effect of fall toolkit on the incidence of fall in elderly inpatients.Methods The elderly patients with high risk falls in our hospital from January to June 2017 were selected as control group. In order to implement the application of fall tool kit,we selected the elderly patients with high risk of falling in hospital from July to December 2017 as the experiment group. The incidence of high risk falls,the rate of fall injury,the qualified rate of the primary nurses about the knowledge of fall before and after the implementation of the two groups of high-risk patients,and the awareness rate of the patients and their relatives about the knowledge of fall were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of high risk falls and the degree of injury in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05). The qualified rate of the primary nurses in the experiment group and the patients,their relatives were significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the awareness rate of tumble knowledge increased significantly( P<0.05). Conclusions The fall toolkit could effectively reduce the incidence of fall in elderly inpatients.
