摘 要:目的探讨应用时间节点管控提高手术间利用率的效果。方法2017年开始利用信息管理系统实施时间节点管控方法,分析改进前存在的问题,制定管理制度并实施管控措施。收集2017年12月1—8日应用改进措施后的手术数据,包括首台手术患者入室时间、手术准时开始率和接台手术入室时间,与2016年同期数据进行比较。结果首台手术患者入室时间由2016年的8:23分提前到2017年的7:52分。2016年和2017年首台手术准时开始率差异有统计学意义(64.71%vs.78.54%;χ^2=11.391,P<0.01),而接台手术准时入室率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.788,P>0.05)。结论应用时间节点管控合理利用时间,可以提高手术间利用率,有效提高工作效率。Objective To discuss the effects of time node control method on the utilization rate of operating room. Methods In 2017, the time node management and control method was implemented by using information management system. The existing problems before improvement were analyzed, the management system was formulated and the management and control measures were implemented. From the 1st to the 8th of December 2017, the operation data after intervention were compared with those of the same period in 2016, including the entering time and punctual rate of the first operation , the punctual admission rate of receptive operation. Results The time of receiving the first operation was 8: 23 in 2016, while in 2017 it improved to 7: 52. From 2016 to 2017, the punctual rate of the first operation increased from 64.71% to 78.54%, the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=11.391, P<0.01) . There was no significant difference in the punctual admission rate of receptive operation (χ^2=0.788, P>0.05) . Conclusions The application of time node can improve the utilization rate of operation room and work efficiency.
