摘 要:为了有效预防防爆电梯安全保护系统点燃危险,对安全保护系统中各保护装置及相互之间逻辑控制关系进行了梳理;应用鱼骨图的方法分析了不同保护装置可能出现的机械火花、电气火花、静电火花、热表面等点燃危险;针对各类点燃危险从设计、设备、材料、环境、管理、人员等方面提出了防护措施。研究结果对于防爆电梯安全保护系统点燃危险辨识、防护措施选取等具有指导意义。It introduces the sorting of protection devices in the safety protection system of elevator and the logical control relationship between them in order to prevent the ignition hazard effectively;the fishbone diagram is used to analyze the mechanical sparks and electrical sparks that may occur in different protection devices,risk of ignition caused by static sparks,hot surfaces,etc.;protective measures are proposed for design,equipment,materials,environment,management,personnel,etc. for various types of ignition hazards. The research results is a guide for the identification of ignition hazard of explosion-proof elevator safety protection system and for the selection of protective measurements.
