摘　　要：目的:探讨骨肉瘤病人家庭照顾者生存质量的影响因素。方法:采用癌症患者照顾者生存质量调查表对121例骨肉瘤患者家庭照顾者生存质量进行调查。结果:骨肉瘤患者各维度生存质量评分均不高,其中社会功能评分最低,其次是精力,而情感职能得分最高。单因素及多因素分析发现家庭照顾者生存质量总分与照顾者性别、受教育程度及有无共同照顾者有关,其差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:骨肉瘤患者家庭照顾者生存质量受很多因素的影响,应针对这些影响因素制定相应干预措施,提高照顾者生存质量。Objective To study the factors that may influence the quality of life among primary caregivers of osteosarcoma patients. Methods A total of 121 caregivers of osteosarcoma survivors participated in the quality of life survey for caregivers.Results The results of the study found that the scores of quality of life were lower in all dimensions,of which social function score was the lowest,followed by energy score,while emotional function score was the highest. Furthermore,the single factor and multiple factors analysis found that the total score of the quality of life was correlated with gender,level of education and presence of common caregivers( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The quality of life among primary caregivers of osteosarcoma patients is affected by many factors. In order to improve the life quality,corresponding intervention measures should be made on the basis of these influence factors.
