摘　　要：目的:探讨癌症患者的社会支持度对灵性护理需求的影响。方法:采用灵性护理需求量表(NSTS)和社会支持量表(SSRS)对163例癌症患者进行灵性护理需求和社会支持状况的调查。结果:癌症患者灵性护理需求较高,中度以上需求占61. 97%;社会支持度总分为(38. 67±5. 83)分,处于中等水平;在控制了人口学变量后,社会支持度与癌症患者的灵性护理需求呈正相关关系(P <0. 05)。结论:癌症患者灵性护理需求较高,所获得的社会支持越多,就越能满足其灵性护理的需求。Objective To explore the effects of social support on spiritual nursing needs among cancer patients. Methods Totally 163 cancer patients were investigated with Nurse Spiritual Therapeutics Scale( NSTS) and Social Support Ratings Scale( SSRS). Results The demand for spiritual nursing was high among cancer patients,and those with moderate and above requirements accounted for 61. 97%. The social support score was( 38. 67 ± 5. 83),which was at the medium level. Social support was positively correlated with the spiritual care needs of cancer patients. Conclusions The demand for spiritual nursing among cancer patients was high. The more the social support was provided,the more the needs for spiritual care were met.
