摘　　要：南戏《拜月亭》是今存的少数元代南戏剧本之一,关于它与关汉卿同名北杂剧的关系问题,学界一般认为前者系改编后者而来。但有南戏研究的学者提出不同意见,并先后著文申述,也引起学术界的讨论。但这个问题并未因此而最终解决,讨论也没有延续下去。黄克先生的"质疑"文章是重在"破"对方的论据,本文则希图从"立"的角度,为这个问题的澄清提供一些确凿的证据,进行一场实证性的研究,也借此就教于前哲时贤。Bai Yue Ting,one of the few existing works of Nan opera in the Yuan dynasty,is general believed to be an adaptation of the play with the same title written by Guan Hanqing.However, some Nan opera scholars express a different opinion in their publications,provoking discussion which didn't last long.While Huang Ke has written to disprove some former arguments,this paper is an empirical research aiming at establishing new theories based on previous studies by means of providing solid proofs to clarify this question.
