摘  要:采用高分子网络凝胶法合成β-磷酸三钙(βTCP)粉体,探讨了钙离子浓度、单体和交联剂用量和热处理温度等对粉体形貌、物相和粒径的影响。结果表明:当钙离子浓度为0.30 mol/L、单体和交联剂质量分数分别为6.0%和1.0%、热处理温度为950℃时,可得到结晶度高、粒径均匀、D90=3.58μm的类球形β-TCP粉体。This research adopted polyacrylamide gel method to synthesis β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP) powder, and investigated the effects of Ca2+ concentration, monomer and cross-linking agent content, heat treatment temperature on the morphology, phase and particle size of powder. The experimental results show that when the concentration of Ca2+ is 0.30 mol/L, the mass fraction of monomer and cross-linking agent is 6.0% and 1.0% and the temperature of heat treatment is 950 ℃, the quasi-spherical β-TCP powder with high crystallinity and uniform particle size can be prepared, and the D90 of powder is 3.58 μm.
