议价行为与农民工工资增长:“技能资本—社会关系”替代视角

摘　　要：中国经济发展迎来刘易斯拐点为劳动市场求职者工资增长提供了重要机遇。本研究从"技能资本-社会关系"替代视角,基于工资议价理论,借助"议价"干预途径,运用干预效应模型对兰州市923名农民工工资增长的议价效应展开实证检验,结果表明:(1)技能资本和社会关系作为分别表征人力资本和社会资本的议价能力的指标正向显著影响农民工月工资水平;(2)技能资本和社会关系借助议价干预渠道在农民工工资增长作用之中并无相对重要性之分,而是倾向于一种替代关系;(3)技能资本和社会关系与农民工工资增长具有一定的时间关联特性,其中技能资本的平均工资增长效应与农民工年龄之间呈现倒U型关系,30~45岁之间技能资本的增收效应达到峰值,而社会关系的平均工资增长效应与农民工年龄之间则表现正U型关系,30岁以下或45岁以上的农民工的社会关系增收效应相对较高。China’s economic development ushered in the turning point of Lewis,providing an important opportunity for job seekers ’ wage growth in the labor market. This paper tested migrant workers’ wage increases on the perspective of the interaction between skills capital and social relations based on the bargain theory of wages,using the intervention effect model of 923 observations in Lanzhou City. Empirical test results showed that:(1) Skills capital and social relations were characterized as human capital and social capital’s bargaining power positively influenced migrant workers monthly wages,the average monthly growth reached ￥235. 92 and ￥539. 41 respectively.(2) The relationship between skills capital and social relations had no relative importance in the role of wage increase of migrant workers by means of bargaining intervention channels,but tended to be an alternative relationship.(3) it suggested time correlation characteristics of skills capital and social relations existed in the process of migrant workers’ wage growth,that is inverted U relationship between the average wage growth effect of skills capital and migrant workers’ age,which reached the peak between 30 to 45 years old,on one hand,is U relationship between the average wage growth effect of social relations and migrant workers’ age,especially the income increases of social relations of migrant workers below 30 years of age or over the age of 45 is relatively high,on the other hand.
