摘  要:基于ITS2片段序列特征,该研究设计了西洋参的特异性引物、探针,通过条件的优化建立了西洋参的实时荧光定量PCR快速鉴别方法。利用该方法对43个中药材样本进行了验证,结果能准确地鉴别出43个药材样本中的22个西洋参,并且灵敏度高,检测限可达到1×10-4ng。该方法具有准确、快捷、灵敏的特点,可对西洋参及其加工产品进行准确的鉴别和检测,应用前景广阔。In this study,the specific primers and probes of Panax quinquefolius were designed for a quantitative real-time PCR,and the rapid identification method of P. quinquefolius was established by optimizing conditions. The method was used to validate 43 samples of the traditional Chinese medicine,and the results showed that 22 samples of P. quinquefolius were identified accurately. The limit of detection of the method can be reach to 1 × 10-4 ng. The method is accurate,fast,sensitive and specifically.
