摘　　要：中年女性患者,确诊肺癌1年半,抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物治疗后出现水肿,大量蛋白尿和高血压,肾活检组织学为肾小球膜增生性病变伴系膜溶解和内皮细胞病变,同时伴有免疫球蛋白和补体沉积,结合临床,考虑抗VEGF药物肾损害合并免疫复合物相关性肾小球肾炎。A 48-year-old woman presented with edema,heave proteinuria and hypertension. The patient was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2017 and underwent chemotherapy and anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy.A renal biopsy showed membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis with mesangiolysis,and deposition of immunoglobulin and complement the final diagnosis was glomerular disease related to anti-VEGF therapy with immune complex associated glomerulonephritis.
