摘　　要：目的分析血清降钙素原(PCT)、白介素-6(IL-6)在肺炎支原体混合细菌感染诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析本院儿科2016年7月1日-2017年6月30收治的支气管肺炎患儿,取其中肺炎支原体混合细菌感染患儿100例为观察组,单纯肺炎支原体感染患儿100例为对照组,对比两组PCT、IL-6测定结果。结果观察组PCT、IL-6结果均早期高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PCT、IL-6有助于肺炎支原体混合细菌感染的早期诊断,且可指导抗生素治疗。Objective To analyze the value of serum procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae mixed bacterial infection. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the bronchial pneumonia children admitted by our hospital from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017. 100 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae mixed bacterial infection were taken as the observation group, and 100 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae alone were taken as the control group. PCT and il-6 measurements were compared between the two groups. Results The results of PCT and il-6 in the observation group were higher than that of the control group at the early stage, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion PCT and il-6 are helpful for the early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae mixed bacterial infection and it can guide the treatment of antibiotics.
