摘 要:目的探讨阿勒泰地区女性生殖道炎症患者支原体、沙眼衣原体感染现状、支原体培养及药敏情况,为指导临床合理用药提供参考。方法此次选择研究对象为2016年6月~2017年6月期间本院收治的1200例女性泌尿生殖道感染患者,对患者的支原体培养、沙眼衣原体检测结果以及药敏试验结果进行回顾分析。结果 1200例女性泌尿生殖道感染者宫颈分泌物检出支原体阳性者489例,阳性率40.75%,其中单纯解脲支原体395例(80.78%),人型支原体19例(3.88%),解脲支原体合并人型支原体67例(13.70%),解脲支原体合并沙眼衣原体感染8例(1.64%);单纯沙眼衣原体感染33例(2.75%)。经药敏试验发现,克拉霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素以及交沙霉素的敏感性较高,而其他药物具有不同程度的耐药性。结论阿勒泰地区女性生殖道感染以支原体为主,采用支原体分离培养+解脲、人型支原体选择分离固体培养鉴定确认及药敏试验,首选敏感抗菌药物,对降低耐药及防止复发和提高治愈率将起到重要作用。Objective To explore the status of mycoplasma and chlamydia infection, mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity in female genital tract infection in Altay region, and to provide reference for guiding clinical rational drug use. Methods From June 2016 to June 2017, 1200 cases undergoing female genitourinary tract infection in our hospital were enrolled into this study. The results of mycoplasma culture, chlamydia test and drug susceptibility test were analyzed retrospectively. Results The positive rate of mycoplasma was 40.75% in 1200 cases of female genitourinary infection. Among them, 395 cases(80.78%)were ureaplasma urealyticum, 19 cases(3.88%)were mycoplasma hominis. There were 67 cases(13.70%)of ureaplasma urealyticum combined with mycoplasma hominis and 8 cases(1.64%) of ureaplasma urealyticum with chlamydia trachomatis infection. 33 cases(2.75%) were infected with chlamydia trachomatis. Drug sensitivity tests showed that clarithromycin, doxycycline, minocycline and josamycin were more sensitive, while other drugs had different drug resistance. Conclusion Mycoplasma was the main cause of female genital tract infection in Altay area.Mycoplasma culture combined with ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis were selected for solid culture identification and drug sensitivity test. Sensitive antimicrobial agents were the first choice. It will play an important role in reducing drug resistance, preventing recurrence and increasing cure rate.
