摘　　要：从调控免疫器官、免疫细胞相关功能,增强免疫细胞因子活性,抑制肿瘤细胞生长、增殖及肿瘤血管的形成,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,改变肿瘤细胞的周期分布,阻断炎症信号通路传导及抑制端粒酶活性等方面对近10年来淫羊藿苷抗肿瘤的作用研究概况进行总结,为淫羊藿苷治疗肿瘤提供理论依据。This paper summarizes the anti-tumor effects of icarrin( ICA) from the aspects of regulating the related functions of the immune organs and immune cells,enhancing the activity of immune cell cytokines,inhibiting the growth,proliferation of tumor cells and formation of tumor vessels,inducing tumor cell differentiation and apoptosis,changing the cycle distribution of tumor cells,blocking the transmission of inflammatory signaling pathway and inhibiting telomerase activity in the last decade,which provides the theoretical basis for the treatment of tumors with icariin.
