摘  要:十几年来,配合浓密膏体管道输送技术的发展,其在线流速(流量)测量装置的研发也一直没有停止。为评价该测量装置的测量精度,需进行误差分析。然而,该装置从机械结构到数据采集系统有很多产生误差的环节,侧重分析了数据采集系统产生的误差,通过对原理公式和测量过程的详细剖析,找出了两个误差来源,结合误差理论分别找出了减小误差的方法。这些方法均为数学方法,通过修改系统中的软件程序就可以实现。最后,使用修改后的系统进行测量实验,结果表明各项误差评价指标均得到优化,特别是总相对误差由±1.040%降为±0.511%,降幅超过一半。In more than ten years, in pace of the development of the thick paste pipeline pumping technology, the study of the thick paste flow measurement apparatus has never been interrupted. In order to evaluating the accuracy of the apparatus, error analysis has to be done. While there are many parts of the apparatus generating errors from the mechanical structure to the data acquisition system, the errors from the data acquisition system have to be paid particular emphasis on: two origins of the errors are found by detailed analysis and the methods to reduce them are found by applying the error theory. These methods are mathematical and can be realized by revising the software in the system. At last, measurement experiment has been done by using the revised system, of which the results show that every evaluating indicator is better, especially the total relative error is reduced more than a half, from ±1.040% to ±0.511%.
