五官超短波与SSP低频脉冲电刺激联合治疗颞下颌关节紊乱的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨五官超短波与SSP低频脉冲电刺激联合治疗颞下颌关节紊乱的临床疗效。方法 60例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均进行五官超短波治疗。观察组另给予SSP低频脉冲电刺激治疗。治疗前后分别进行评估,观察比较两组疗效并进行统计学处理。结果经过2个疗程的治疗,临床疗效两组治疗前后差异比较有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组疼痛评分都有所下降(P <0. 05),观察组明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论五官超短波治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病效果良好,同时结合SSP低频脉冲电刺激治疗可以显著提高疗效,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of ultrashort wave combined with low frequency pulse electric stimulus therapy against temporomandibular disorders. Methods Sixty patients with temporomandibular disorders were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each. Both groups were treated with ultrashort wave,but the observation group additionally received the SSP low frequency pulse electric stimulus therapy. The symptoms of each patient were evaluated before and after treatment. The curative effect of the two groups was compared by Chi-square test. Results After two courses of treatment,patients in the observation group achieved significantly higher overall effective rates than those in the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance( P < 0. 05). The values of VAS in both groups were significantly reduced after two courses of treatment( P <0. 05),especially in the observation group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Ultrashort wave therapy has good effect on temporomandibular disorders,and can improve the curative effect significantly when combined with the low frequency pulse electric stimulus therapy,which is worthy of clinical application.
