摘　　要：目的:探讨碘帕醇造影剂对行冠状动脉造影术患者外周血红细胞功能的影响。方法:收集2015年1月至2017年9月在本院行碘帕醇造影剂注射的冠状动脉造影术住院患者468名,年龄25～87岁,平均(61.73±10.42)岁,其中男性360例,女性108例;采集注射造影剂前、后肘静脉血2 mL/次,采用全自动血细胞分析仪检测分析外周血红细胞参数。结果:术后各组红细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度及红细胞压积均低于术前组(P≤0.001),而红细胞体积分布宽度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射碘帕醇造影剂能诱导患者外周血红细胞各参数的改变,为进一步探讨碘帕醇造影剂对机体血氧改变的机制提供研究基础。Objective: The study aims to investigate the influence of the contrast media(Iopamidol) on the function of peripheral red blood cells in patients undergoing coronary angiography. Methods: A total of 468 inpatients with coronary angiography who underwent iopamidol contrast injection from January 2015 to September 2017 were enrolled. The age ranged from 25 to 87 years, with an average of(61.73 ± 10.42) years,including 360 males, 108 females. 2 mL/time of venous blood before and after injection of contrast agent were collected, and the parameters of peripheral blood red blood cells were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer.Results: The red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit in each postoperative group were lower than those in the preoperative group(P ≤ 0.001), but there was no significant difference in the distribution of erythrocyte volume distribution(P > 0.05). Conclusion: Iopamidol injection can induce the change of peripheral blood red blood cell parameters, which provides a basis for further study of the mechanism of the iopamidol contrast media on blood oxygenation.
