摘  要:目的检测白细胞介素10(IL-10)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并骨损害患者外周血中的含量并分析其临床意义。方法本研究纳入56例SLE患者,ELISA检测患者血清IL-10和TGF-β1的水平。对56例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,主要记录合并骨质疏松症及骨坏死情况。根据不同骨量分为:骨量正常组(14例)、骨量减少组(26例)、骨质疏松组(16例)。根据是否合并骨坏死分为:未发现骨坏死组(49例)和骨坏死组(7例)。采用SPSS18. 0软件进行统计分析。Kolmogorov-Smirnov t检验数据是否正态分布。正态分布的计量资料,用双尾t检验分析;对于非正态分布的计量资料,采用Mann-Whitney U检验进行分析。结果与骨量正常的SLE患者组相比,骨质疏松的SLE患者组TGF-β1水平降低、IL-10水平增加。与无骨坏死组的SLE患者相比,有骨坏死的SLE患者组IL-10水平升高,TGF-β1水平无显著变化。结论伴有骨质疏松的SLE患者组外周血血清TGF-β1水平降低、IL-10水平升高,伴有骨坏死的SLE患者血清IL-10水平高于不伴骨坏死的患者。Objective To detect serum levels of interleukin-10( IL-10) and transforming growth factor-β1( TGF-β1) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus( SLE) with bone damage,and analyze their clinical significance. Methods Thestudy included 56 patients with SLE. Serum IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels were detected by ELISA. The clinical data of 56 patientswere retrospectively analyzed,mainly recording the cases of osteoporosis and osteonecrosis. According to different bonemass,they were divided into normal bone mass group( 14 cases),reduced bone mass group( 26 cases) and osteoporosisgroup( 16 cases). According to whether or not there was osteonecrosis,the patients were divided into: no osteonecrosisgroup( 49 cases) and osteonecrosis group( 7 cases). SPSS18. 0 software was used for statistical analysis. Kolmogorov-smirnov t test whether the data is normally distributed. The measurement data of normal distribution are analyzed by thetwo-tailed t test. For the measurement data of non-normal distribution,mann-whitney U test was used to analyze. ResultsCompared to the SLE patients with normal bone mass,SLE patients complicated with osteoporosis lowly expressed TGF-β1 and highly expressed IL-10. The serum level of IL-10 was higher in SLE patients with osteonecrosis than that in SLE patientswithout osteonecrosis. No difference was found in the TGF-β1 between two groups. Conclusion TGF-β1 level is reduced butIL-10 level is elevated in SLE patients with osteoporosis. Serum IL-10 levels in SLE patients with osteonecrosis are higherthan that in those without osteonecrosis.
