摘 要:针对战术导弹结构疲劳危险部位筛选定位的需求,提出了一种基于有限元理论及相关统计分析的筛选方法,并给出了具体实施步骤。该方法以弹体集中受力部位的分析定位为前提,在此基础上对全弹结构进行简化有限元建模及截面应力分析。借助第三强度理论对分析结果进行统计及筛选,实现了对战术导弹结构疲劳危险部位的快速定位。结合某型空基战术导弹疲劳分析实例,定位出了其在挂飞工况下的结构疲劳危险部位,证实该方法具有筛选范围广、通用性强等优点。For the need of fatigue critical site screening and positioning on tactical missile structure,a screening method based on finite element theory and correlation statistical analysis is proposed. The specific implementation steps are also presented. The location and analysis of concentrated stress position are the prerequisite of this method. On this basis,simplified finite element modeling and section stress analysis were carried out for the whole missile structure. Based on the third strength theory,the analysis result can be counted and screened,and the fast positioning of tactical missiles’ fatigue failure site can be realized. According to the fatigue analysis on one space-based tactical missile,the fatigue critical site under flying condition is determined. And the advantages of this method are verified,such as wide screening range and strong commonality.
