摘  要:目的分析丹参多酚酸盐联合法舒地尔对肺心病合并糖尿病患者内皮功能、心功能的作用。方法随机选取我院自2016年7月-2018年5月就诊的70例肺心病合并糖尿病患者,将其随机分为常规组(35例)与研究组(35例)。常规组患者采用常规治疗方案,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上采用丹参多酚酸盐联合法舒地尔治疗方案。比较两组患者的N端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)、血粘度、内皮细胞微粒EMPs、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平和动脉血气指标。结果研究组患者治疗后的全血粘度、血浆粘度、LVEDD、EMPs、NT-proBNP、TNF-α和PaCO_2水平均比常规组的降低(P <0. 05);研究组患者治疗后的LVEF、PaO_2、SaO_2均比常规组的增加(P <0. 05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐联合法舒地尔能够调节肺心病合并糖尿病患者的血粘度,增加血氧供应,缓解患者的炎症程度,增强机体的内皮功能和心功能。Objective To analyze the effects of salvianolate combined with fasudil on endothelial function and cardiac function of patients with cor pulmonale and diabetes mellitus. Methods 70 patients with pulmonary heart disease and diabetes mellitus in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were randomly selected and divided into routine group( 35 cases)and research group( 35 cases). Routine group was taken with the routine treatment,while study group was taken with salvianolate combined with fasudil on the basis of routine group. The levels of NT-proBNP,blood viscosity,EMPs,LVEDD,LVEF,TNF-a and arterial blood gas were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,LVEDD,EMPs,NT-proBNP,TNF-α and PaCO2 levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in routine group( P < 0. 05),and LVEF,PaO2 and SaO2 levels in study group were significantly higher than those in routine group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Salvianolate combined with fasudil can regulate blood viscosity,increase blood oxygen supply,alleviate inflammation and enhance endothelial function and cardiac function on patients with cor pulmonale and diabetes mellitus.
