摘  要:目的探析早期左心功能不全的彩色超声心动图与高分辨率CT扫描检查的应用价值。方法选取在我院接受彩色超声心动图和高分辨率CT检查的84例早期左心功能不全患者作为研究对象,比较两种不同检测方法诊断有效率;所有患者均随访12个月,比较最后一次随访时两种不同检查方法对左心功能相关指标的检测结果。结果随访结果显示高分辨率CT对早期左心功能不全的检测准确率虽然略高于彩色超声心动图,但两组准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。两种不同方法下,患者LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV以及LVSV检测结果相当,均无统计学差异(P> 0. 05)。结论早期左心功能不全的诊断方法中,彩色超声心动图与高分辨率CT扫描检查的临床应用价值几乎相当,均具有较高的诊断价值。Objective To explore the value of color echocardiography and high resolution CT scan in early left cardiac insufficiency. Methods 84 patients with early left heart failure were selected as subjects in our hospital with color echocardiography and high resolution CT examination. The diagnostic efficiency of two different detection methods was compared.All patients were followed up for 12 months,and the results of two different examinations for left ventricular function were compared. Results The follow-up results showed that the accuracy rate of high resolution CT for early left ventricular dysfunction was slightly higher than that of color echocardiography,but there was no significant difference in accuracy between two groups( P > 0. 05). In the two different methods,the results of LVEF,LVEDV,LVESV and LVSV were equal were no statistical difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography and high-resolution CT scan is almost the same in early diagnosis of left ventricular dysfunction,and all of them have high diagnostic value.
