双源CT在单心室诊断和分型中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析双源CT在单心室诊断和分型中的应用效果。方法对2015年5月至2018年5月我院收治的20例单心室患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均在本院进行双源CT诊断,对比双源CT诊断与外院手术所见结果。结果所有患者经双源CT均确诊为单心室,诊出率为100%,在分型方面,其差错率为5%。结论双源CT对单心室的诊出率相当高,可作为单心室临床诊断的一个重要方式进行推广,在分型方面,虽略有差错,但差错率较低,也可为外科手术的实施提供指导意义。Objective To analyze the application effect of dual-source CT in the diagnosis and classification of single ventricle. Methods In May 2015 to May 2018,our hospital 20 cases of single ventricle patients’ medical records were analyzed retrospectively,all patients were dual-source CT diagnosis in our hospital,contrast dual-source CT diagnosis and outer court surgery can see the results. Results All patients were diagnosed as single ventricle by dual-source CT,and the diagnosis rate was 100%. In terms of classification,the error rate was 5%. Conclusion Dual-source CT in diagnosis of the single ventricle rate is quite high,but as an important way of single ventricle clinical diagnosis,in parting,a little mistake,but the error rate is low,also can provide guidance for the implementation of the surgery.
