儿科门诊输液的优质护理及效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究儿科门诊输液应用优质护理的效果研究。方法选取2017年7月～2018年6月我院收治的患儿78例,根据就诊先后顺序将其分为对照组和实验组,每组39例患者。实验组给予常规护理模式,对照组给予优质护理模式,对比两组患者接受不同护理模式后静脉重注率、护患纠纷率。结果实验组患者的静脉重注率41. 02%少于对照组87. 17%,差距有统计学意义(P <0. 05);实验组患者的护患纠纷率2. 56%少于对照组17. 94%,差距有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论优质护理应用于儿科门诊输液室可有效的减少护患的纠纷,降低了患儿的静脉注重率和疼痛,提高了护理人员的职业素养,提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing in pediatric outpatient transfusion. Methods From July 2017 to June 2018,78 cases of children in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of visit,each group consisted of 39 patients. The experimental group was given routine nursing mode,the control group was given high quality nursing model,and the two groups received different nursing modes,the rate of intravenous reinjection and the rate of nurse-patient dispute were compared. Results The venous re-injection rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group( 87. 17%,P < 0. 05),and the rate of nurse-patient dispute in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group( 17. 94%,P <0. 05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in outpatient department of Pediatrics in outpatient department of Pediatrics can effectively reduce the disputes between nurses and patients,reduce the attention rate and pain of the children,improve the professional quality of the nursing staff,and improve the satisfaction of the families of the children to the nursing work.
