摘 要:采用高频疏解及气浮组合技术对ONP(旧新闻纸)制浆精筛渣进行处理研究。结果显示:经过高频疏解处理可以有效分离纤维及胶黏物,高频疏解可将精筛渣中大胶黏物从纤维上剥离并碎解,气浮可进一步将游离的大胶黏物分离排出系统,大胶黏物总含量降低80%左右,而大面积(≥0.8 mm^2)胶黏物去除率可达90%左右;同时尘埃度可降低53.0%;残余油墨去除率可达25%;此外,该工艺对纸浆的物理强度由显著的改善作用,可使纸浆抗张强度、撕裂度及耐破度分别提升95.4%、16.3%和84.3%。The treatment of fine screen reject from ONP fiber line by combined technology of dispergator and air floatation was studied. The results showed that high frequency dispergator treatment could strip and fragment the macro-stickies from the fine screen reject,and that the macro-stickies could be separated from the system by subsequent floatation. The removal efficiency of macro-stickies could reach about 80%, while,the removal efficiency could reach about 90% for large area(≥0.8 mm^2) macro-stickies. Simwltaneously, over 53% of dirt specks removal efficiency and 25% of Eric removal efficiency were observed. Furthermore, the combined technologies significantly improved the strength property of the samples, by which the samples’ tensile strength, tearing strength and bursting strength were increased by 95.4%, 16.3% and 84.3%, respectively.
