摘 要:针对废纸含杂率变化前后对同一个新闻纸生产水循环系统的溶解与胶体物质(DCS)情况分别进行调研,以评估进口废纸含杂率对造纸清洁生产的影响。检测结果表明,除废纸脱墨段的胶粘物含量、浊度、纸机气浮胶粘物含量之外,2018年其它表征参数较2017年下降。表明废纸含杂率的下降并不能使脱墨段的胶粘物含量和浊度降低,而是通过提高可用纤维质量来为新闻纸水系统创造更好的环境,有利于新闻纸机的清洁生产。In order to evaluate how impurity percentage of imported waste paper affect DCS in the recycling water of newspaper production,Investigation was Conducted.The result was that the measured parameters of 2018 were lower than the counterparts of 2017,with exception of DCS content and turbidity of deink line as well as DCS content of paperline flotation.The result revealed that decline of impurity percentage of imported waste paper created better environment of water system of newspaper production by improving fiber quality,instead of decreasing DCS content and turbidity of delink line.
