摘  要:驻马店市白云纸业有限公司作为河南省境内生产彩色纸品规模最大的纸品加工企业,其造纸终端废水的COD、色度等较高,需要处理达标后才能排放。为了达到河南省对于流域内水体污染物的新限制标准,企业不仅建成了日处理能力为4.8万吨的污水处理厂,而且还研发出了相应的化学吸附预处理强化的Fenton氧化技术,使造纸中段废水达标排放。技术实施结果表明,采用化学预吸附处理和Fenton氧化处理后,废水的COD和色度可分别降至处理前的1/42和1/160,完全满足即将实施的河南省河流水体污染物排放标准。Baiyun Paper Co.Ltd.,as the largest colored paper-producer in Henan Province,discharges terminal wastewater with high COD and colourity.The waste water needs careful treatment before emission.In order to meet the new restriction standards for water pollutants in Henan Province,a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 48000 t/d was established,A corresponding chemical adsorption pretreatment coupled with Fenton oxidation technology was also built.The technical implementation results showed that the COD and colourity of wastewater can be reduced to 1/42 and 1/160 of that before treatment,respectively after chemical pre-adsorption treatment and Fenton oxidation,which enabled the treated water meeting the discharge standard of pollutants.
