摘  要:本研究在高浓度化工废水酸化预处理的基础上,比较聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)和明矾3种絮凝剂的絮凝沉淀效果,筛选出最佳絮凝剂。同时,探讨3种絮凝剂与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)复配预处理高浓度化工废水的絮凝沉淀效果。实验研究表明:高浓度化工废水在pH=3条件下酸化预处理,并采用PFS和PAM以50∶1的复配比例进行复合絮凝沉淀效果最佳,COD去除率可达到77.54%。因此,采用酸化+PFS+PAM复合絮凝沉淀法预处理高浓度化工废水的效果明显,可显著降低其后续深度处理的负荷,对于高浓度化工废水的达标排放具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。With method of acidification pretreatment of high concentrated chemical waste water,the results of flocculation andprecipitation by using three flocculants-polyferric sulfate(PFS), polyaluminium chloride(PAC) and alum were compared so as toobtain the optimum flocculant. At the same times, the effect of flocculation and precipitation for high concentrated chemical wastewater in pretreatment with compounding polyacrylamide(PAM) with three flocculants respectively was discussed. It was shownfrom the experiments thatunder the condition of pH=3 with acidification pretreatment for high concentrated chemical waste water,in which the compounding ratio of PFS to PAM is 50∶1, the optimum effect of flocculation and precipitation can be resulted, theremoval rate of COD may reached 77.54 %. Thus it can be concluded that use of acidification + PFS + PAM method in flocculationand precipitation for waste water pretreatment has obviously good effect, which can remarkably reduce the load in follow-up deeptreatment. By using this method, high economic and social profits can be reached in the discharge of concentrated chemical wastewater.
