摘　　要：目的总结自制掌骨、跖骨骨折微型钢板持骨固定钳的临床使用效果。方法回顾2016年1月-2018年7月收治且获得完整随访的11例掌骨或跖骨骨折患者资料。结果自制持骨固定钳在协助维持骨折复位、同时把持固定微型钢板操作中效果确切,操作方便。结论自制掌骨、跖骨骨折微型钢板持骨固定钳,在较小的操作空间使用灵活,有利于减少创伤,极大地方便了手术操作,缩短了手术时间,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mini-plate fixation forceps made by ourselves for metacarpal and metatarsal fractures.Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with metacarpal or metatarsal fractures treated in our department from January 2016 to July 2018 were reviewed.Results The selfmade fixation forceps were effective and convenient in the operation of maintaining fracture reduction and holding fixed mini-plate.Conclusion The self-made mini-plate fixation forceps for metacarpal and metatarsal fractures can be used flexibly in a small operating space,which is conducive to reducing trauma,greatly facilitating the operation,shortening the operation time and is worth popularizing.
