摘　　要：目的探讨桡骨茎突上穿支链式皮瓣修复手部创面的方式和临床疗效。方法以桡动脉在茎突上0.8～1.5 cm发出的穿支为旋转点设计成穿支链式皮瓣,逆行移植修复手桡侧创面24例。结果本组20例皮瓣全部成活,4例皮瓣大部成活,远端部分坏死,经换药后愈合。结论应用桡骨茎突上穿支链式皮瓣修复手桡侧创面,可获得良好的临床效果。Objective To explore the way and effect of radical artery perforator flap for coverage of sin defect in hand. Methods Radial artery was found to have a perforator 0.8 to 1.5 cm superior to the styloid process. The rotator was designed as radical artery perforator flap, and retrograde grafting was used to repair the radial side of the hand. Results All 24 fiaps completaly survived, but distal necrosis was seen in 4 flaps which heald by changing dressings. Conclusion Radial artery ferforator flap is an ideal flap for coverage of the hand can get good clinical results.
