新时代公安院校学管工作加强思想政治工作路径探究

摘　　要：公安院校的办学特色就是政治建校,肩负着培养对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明的合格人民警察的重任,作为学生管理部门就必须牢牢把握做好公安预备警官思想政治工作这一工作要点,积极创新思想政治工作内容和方式,把握忠诚教育针对性实效性,提高思想政治工作科学化水平,培养出党和人民的忠诚卫士,尤其是公安院校的学管工作更应该加强思想政治工作路径探究。Shouldering the important mission to cultivate qualified people’s police officers who are loyal to the Party, serve the people, enforce law impartially, and highly disciplined, the public security colleges should adhere to the correct political orientation in the school-running work. The student management departments must take the ideological and political education for the future police officers as the core, actively reform the contents and methods of ideological and political work, grasp the targeted effectiveness of loyalty education, improve the scientific level of ideological and political work, and strive to cultivate loyal police officers for the Party and the people. In particular, the student management departments of public security colleges should strengthen the studies on the paths of ideological and political work.
