摘　　要：生态保护"算大账"理念下,耕地占补平衡将改变传统项目挂钩方式,采用账户管理方式以县级为基本单元进行整体统筹,相应的耕地占补平衡的信息化监管也将发生变化,新的监管系统将侧重耕地指标账户管理、指标使用、指标调剂、国家统筹等功能,为改进占补平衡政策、实现新型耕地占补平衡模式、进一步强化耕地占补平衡国家监管提供支撑。Guided by the ecological protection of Big Account,the cultivated land balance will change the traditional projects linking pattern of increasing and decreasing,by managing indicator accounts to achieve overall planning with county-level as the basic unit.Accordingly it will change the method of information supervision on cultivated land balance.The new supervision system will focus on cultivated land indicator account management,indicator utilization,indicator adjustment,state coordination and other functions,to support the cultivated land balance policies improving,the new model for cultivated land balance implementing,and the state supervision strengthening.
