摘　　要：肥胖是2型糖尿病(T2DM)的发病危险因素之一,对于已有T2DM的患者,有效的体质量管理可改善血糖控制,同时有可能减少大血管以及微血管并发症的发生风险。体质量管理作为糖尿病综合管理的重要组成部分之一,逐步受到各界关注。本文综述T2DM患者的体质量管理。Obesity is one of the risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Therefore,effective weight management not only can improve blood glucose control,but also reduce the risk of vascular and microvascular complications.The weight management gradually receives more attention from all circles as an important part of diabetes mellitus comprehensive management.This review describes the weight management of T2DM patients.
