摘 要:近年来中医证候学与肠道菌群的关系引起了医学界的广泛关注,肝郁脾虚证作为临床多种疾病常见证候,涉及多系统病变,肠道菌群的紊乱也可引起多系统的病理变化。分子生物学和宏基因组学技术的发展,为证候疾病与肠道菌群的研究提供了有力支持,本文就肝郁脾虚证在神经、消化、内分泌、代谢系统与肠道菌群之间的相关研究作一综述。In recent years, the relationship between TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) syndrome and intestinal flora has attracted wide attention from the medical community. The syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency is a common clinical syndrome of multiple diseases, involving multiple system pathological change. And the disorganized intestinal flora also cause a multisystem pathological change. The development of molecular biology and metagenomic technology provides strong support for the study of syndrome diseases and intestinal flora. In this paper, it reviewes the correlation of syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency and intestinal flora in nerve, digestive, endocrine,metabolic system.
