摘 要:中医方证代谢组学(Chinmedomics)是近年来兴起的研究中药方剂有效性及其药效物质基础的整合策略,是中医药现代化研究方法学意义上的创新。基于中药复方给药形式的特殊性及方证对应疗效的专属性特点,中医方证代谢组学以代谢组学技术建立方剂有效性评价体系,揭示证候生物学本质;以中药血清药物化学方法发现方剂体内直接作用物质,通过建立两者之间的相关性来表征与证候生物学本质相关的药效物质基础,解决中医证候生物标记物、方剂效应评价、中药质量标志物,及方剂创新药物设计等关键科学问题。Chinmedomics is a newly integration strategy studying the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in recent years,which is an innovation in the research method of modernization of TCM.Chinmedomics mainly studys the particularity of the compound administration form of TCM and the specificity of prescriptions and syndromes which integrates the theory and technology of metabolomics and serum pharmacochemistry of TCM,taking take the TCM syndrome as a research starting point,taking formula as object,to establish the evaluation effectiveness of prescriptions,to understand nature biology on syndromes,to screen in vivo directly substance of formula,using the plotting of correlation between(endogenous) marker metabolites and(exogenous) serum constituents(PCMS).This paper introduces the application of chinmedomics in the research of biomarkers of TCM syndromes,evaluating efficacy of TCM formula,determing the efficacy material basis of TCM and discovering Q-markers of TCM.
