摘　　要："证"是机体在疾病发展过程中某一阶段的病理概括,是中医学辨证论治的基础。"寒、热"是八纲辨证中的重要内容,因此辨别疾病的寒、热证型对临床诊断、治疗、选方用药均有重要意义。运用代谢组学技术可从机体内小分子代谢物及代谢通路水平探索中医寒、热证型的实质,并建立精准量化的"证"的标准。Chinese medicine syndrome(CMS) is an understanding of regularity of disease occurrence and development as well as a certain stage of a comprehensive response of patients with body condition.It is the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine."Cold" and "Heat" are important contents in the syndrome differentiation of eight classes.It is a program for syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Identifying the cold and heat of disease is of great significance for clinical diagnosis,treatment,and prescription.Metabolomics technology can be used to explore the essence of TCM cold and heat syndrome types from the level of small molecule metabolites and metabolic pathways in the body,and to establish an accurate and quantitative"CMS"standard.
