摘　　要：代谢组学是通过测定生物体代谢网络变化来反映机体状况的系统生物学方法,与中医理念十分契合,因此代谢组学用于中药复方的研究具有独特的优势。本文主要从代谢组学的概念、代谢组学在中药复方安全性评价、中药复方配伍规律、中药复方作用机制几个方面进行阐述,为代谢组学在中药复方研究领域的应用提供依据,并对代谢组学在中药复方领域的应用前景进行展望。Metabolomics is a kind of systematic biology method that is used to relect the state of the organism by measuring the metabolic network changes,which coincides well with the concepts of Traditional Chinese(TCM) formula.Therefore,there are unique advantages of applying metabolomics in the study of TCM formula.This paper aimed to provide a basis for the application of metabolomics in the research field of TCM formula by introducing the concept of metabolomics and the application of it in the research of safety evaluation,compatible regularity and mechanism of TCM for the application prospects of metabolomics in the field of TCM formula.
