摘　　要：陕甘宁边区时期是党领导法制建设的重要历史时期。这一时期,边区的法制宣传教育以宣传马克思主义法理学、边区法律文本和树立法律信仰为导向的法律实践等为主要内容,通过公布法律文献、发行报刊书籍、开展各类教育活动、参与司法实践活动等基本途径,激发了边区军民法制宣传教育的活力,使法治理念在贫困落后的边区深深地扎下了根。科学总结陕甘宁边区法制宣传教育的历史经验对于创造性地做好法制宣传教育工作,有效提升全民法律素养,树立法律信仰具有重要意义。Period of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region is important in the history of CPC leads the legal system. The border region of legal publicity and education aims to promote Marxist jurisprudence, study the legal text and cultivate legal faith. The publicity and education include releasing legal documents, newspapers and books, and all kinds of educational activities, as well as some basic judicial practices. These activities ignited the interest of the military and civilians in the legal knowledge and practices, making legal knowledge and practices stamped in the heart of the citizens in the poor and backward region. It is significant to summarize the historical experience of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region legal publicity and education, improve the legal literacy, and set up the legal belief among citizens.
