摘　　要：关键共性技术管理对于促进中国关键共性技术研发供给、提高产业转型效率有着重要作用。本文梳理了有关关键共性技术管理的定义,在剖析关键共性技术性质的前提下,从管理的视角对关键共性技术管理作了综述。通过对关键共性技术管理研究进行整理和归纳,结合现有关键共性技术研发管理、供给管理、组织管理与创新管理,提出关键共性技术管理研究未来的挑战与展望。Key general technology management significantly contributes to the research supply and the efficiency of industry transformation. This article organizes the definition of the general technology and summarizes the key general technology management categories based on the detailed analysis of the properties of key general technology. Our conclusion of researches on key general technology, combined with experience of research management, supply management, organization management and innovation management, help to propose the challenge and opportunity of the future of the general technology management.
