摘　　要：目的:基于CD34、VEGF1、GAP-43探讨藏医"白脉病疗法"对缺血再灌注大鼠神经血管再生的影响。方法:线栓法制作局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型;再灌注7天、14天通过免疫组化染色观察CD34蛋白、VEGF1蛋白、GAP-43蛋白的表达情况。结果:脑缺血再灌注损伤后7天,白脉病疗法组、如意珍宝丸组模型组CD34、VEGF1、GAP-43阳性表达明显较高,与模型组比较,有显著差异,P <0.05。14天白脉病疗法组、如意珍宝丸组、阳性对照组CD34、VEGF1、GAP-43阳性细胞表达均高于模型组,P <0.05,白脉病疗法组CD34、GAP-43的表达高于如意珍宝丸组。结论:白脉病疗法可以促进微血管增生,诱导侧支循坏的建立和微血管网的再建,促进血管再生,起到神经保护的作用。Discussion on the effects of "white-vein disease therapy" on the neurovascular regeneration in rats with ischemia reperfusion based on CD34, VEGF1 and GAP-43. The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion was done by linear suppository method. The expression of CD34, VEGF1, GAP-43 protein was observed by immunohis to chemical staining of 7 d and 14 d. After cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury, the expression of CD34, VEGF1 and GAP-43 was significantly higher in the model group of white pulse therapy group and Ru Yi precious pill group, and compared with the model group, there was a significant difference, P < 0.05. The expression of CD34, VEGF1 and GAP-43 positive cells were higher than those in the model group, P < 0.05, and the expression of CD34 and GAP-43 in the group was higher than that in the Ru Yi treasure pill group. The white pulse therapy can promote the proliferation of microangiogenesis, induce the establishment of collateral damage and the reconstruction of microvascular network,promote the regeneration of blood vessels, and play the role of neuroprotection.
