RevoLix 2μm激光治疗前列腺增生症的临床应用

摘　　要：目的总结2μm激光治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床实用价值。方法 2015年3月至2017年8月,良性前列腺增生症患者50例,采用波长2μm激光手术系统治疗,治疗功率80～120 W,术后随访3个月,观察患者的疗效并记录不良反应发生情况。结果所有患者均手术成功,汽化切割时间20～100 min,平均(53.42±8.1) min;尿管留置时间2～5 d,平均(3.13±0. 8) d;所有病例均未输血,随访时间3个月,最大尿流量(Qmax)由术前(6.15±3.0) ml/s增加到术后(19.46±3.4) ml/s;所有术前性功能正常者,术后均保留性功能,未见继发出血、尿失禁等并发症发生。结论波长2μm激光手术系统治疗良性前列腺增生症患者中效果与安全性较高、并发症少,有效改善了患者术后排尿症状与生活质量,近期疗效好,但远期疗效仍有待进一步观察。Objective To summarize the application value of RevoLix 2 micron laser for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Totally 50 BPH patients treated from Mar. 2015 to Aug. 2017 were selected as research subjects. All of them were treated with RevoLix 2 micron laser surgery system to evaluate the clinical effect.Results All the patients had a successful operation. The vaporization cutting time was 20-100 min(53. 4 ± 8.1 min on average),and theurinary catheter indwelling time 2-5 d(3.13 ± 0. 8 d on average). Not given blood transfusion, all of them were followed up for 3 months. The maximum urine flow rate( Qmax) increased from( 6.15 ± 3.0) ml/s to(19.46 ± 3.4) ml/s after the operation. All the patients being normal in sexual functions before the operation retained normal sexual functions after the operation without secondary bleeding, urinary incontinence and other complications.Conclusions It is effective and safe to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia with RevoLix 2 micron laser,which brings in few complications and helps improve effectively the urination symptoms and quality of life of the patients with remarkable short-term curative effect.Nevertheless, as to the long-term effect, further observation is required.
