摘 要:新型纳米光敏剂介导光动力治疗皮肤肿瘤研究发展迅速,但其安全性及疗效评价的规范性和系统性还有待加强。本文从体外细胞及在体动物两个水平综述了近年来纳米光敏剂介导光动力治疗皮肤肿瘤的安全性与疗效的研究进展,包括肿瘤靶向、细胞增殖活性、动物模型肿瘤抑制率、组织病理学、光动力效应评价等方面,并对现状进行了分析,旨在加强纳米光敏剂研发中安全性及疗效评价的规范性和系统性,促进其临床转化。Novel nano-photosensitizer mediated photodynamic therapy for skin cancer is developing rapidly. However, the standardization in evaluating its safety and efficacy need to be strengthened. In this paper, the recent progresses made in evaluating the safety and efficacy of nano-photosensitizer mediated photodynamic therapy for skin cancer, including tumor targeting, cell proliferation activity, tumor suppression rate in animal models, histopathology and photodynamic efficiency in vitro and in vivo is reviewed. There are also afew comments on the current situation. This review aimsat helping the researchers make the evaluation on the safety and efficacy of nano-photosensitizer more systematic and standard with a view to boosting itsclinical transformation.
