摘　　要：经济全球化和区域经济一体化的进程促进了我国边境地区的经济贸易发展,中俄两国作为邻国有着悠久的边境贸易历史,随着近年来两国不断密切深化的经济贸易往来,社会对俄语贸易人才的需求不断扩大。因此,本文以对俄边境贸易俄语人才为研究对象,对边贸俄语人才市场的服务需求展开调查研究,并从中了解中俄边境贸易俄语人才服务需求的现状与问题,着重阐述黑龙江对俄边境贸易对区域经济发展的作用并提出改进经济发展的建议。Today’s economic globalization and regional economic integration process promote the economic and trade development in border areas of our country. China and Russia has a long history of border trade as neighbor countries. Along with the increasingly closer economic trade exchanges in recent years of the two countries, there is growing demand for Russian trade talents from the society. In this regard, this paper, taking the Russian border talents as the research object, makes an investigation on the service requirements of border trade Russian talent market, has a general understand about the current situation and problems about Russian talent service requirements in Sino-Russian border trade market, discusses the role of the border trade with Russia for the regional economic development a in Heilongjiang province, and puts forward suggestions of improvement for the economic development.
