摘 要:本文设计了一种直径160 mm的自压紧式锯片铣刀结构,能通过刀体压紧端的弹性变形实现对刀片的压紧。为了验证铣刀结构对刀片的装夹可靠性,建立了刀具在旋转工况下力学理论模型,推导出刀片在不同转速条件下不被甩出所需要的压紧力;设计了一种测力实验方案,得出锯片铣刀压紧端弹性变形量与压紧力之间关系曲线;制备了不同弹性变形量的刀槽结构,开展刀具空转试验,对力学模型理论数据和测力实验结果进行了验证。结果表明,推导出的压紧力计算公式P_C>((2.29-0.746μ)·10^(-6)·n^2)/(0.999μ-0.052)能指导产品结构设计;自压紧锯片铣刀结构所提供的压紧力随着弹性变形量的增大而增大;刀具在转速不超过3 000 r/min的情况下,0.03 mm的弹性变形量结构的刀槽即可提供足够的压紧力,该结构具有较好的装夹可靠性。A kind of self locking index-able slitting saw with diameter 160 mm has been designed in this paper. The clamping reliability of inserts is realized by elastic deformation of pressing part. In order to verify the reliability of tool structure, mechanical model at different rotating speeds is established. This mechanical model can deduce the pressing force which can prevent inserts from being thrown out. In order to obtain the relation between elastic deformation and pressing force, an experiment plan for measuring the pressing force is designed. Meanwhile, idling experiments are carried on tools with different elastic deformation, which is used to verify the data between mechanical model and force measuring experiments. The results show that the pressing force express PC>((2.29-0.746μ)·10-6·n2)/(0.999μ-0.052)is contributed to the design of tool.The pressing force increases with the increase of elastic deformation. The tool with 0.03 mm elastic deformation has enough pressing force to provide a good clamping reliability when the rotating speed doesn’t exceed 3 000 r/min.
