摘  要:目的探索奈诺沙星和左氧氟沙星灌胃治疗兔组织笼社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(CA-MRSA)感染模型的抗菌活性和防耐药突变选择的能力。方法建立兔组织笼CA-MRSA感染模型,分别给予18. 63 mg·kg^(-1)奈诺沙星(实验组)或27. 85 mg·kg^(-1)左氧氟沙星(对照组)灌胃治疗,qd,连续给药5d,抽取组织液测定细菌浓度以及细菌耐药性的变化。结果对照组在治疗过程中细菌浓度先明显降低后恢复生长,治疗过程中均发生不同程度的耐药。实验组在治疗过程中细菌迅速降低,并在治疗结束后细菌仍未恢复生长,且无耐药产生。结论奈诺沙星对CA-MRSA感染的体内抗菌活性优于左氧氟沙星,且不易产生耐药性。Objective To study the antibacterial activities and the abilities of restricting selection of resistant mutants of nemonoxacin and levofloxacin against the community acquired-methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus( CA-MRSA) via a rabbit tissue-cage infection model.Methods Local infection with CA-MRSA was established in rabbits,and the infected animals were given 18. 63 mg · kg^-1 nemonoxacin( experimental group) and 27. 85 mg·kg^-1 levofloxacin( control group)once a day for 5 d by gavage. The tissue cage fluid was sampled to determine the changes in bacterial concentration and bacteria resistance.Results In the control group,the concentration of bacteria decreased significantly first and then resumed growth,and varying degrees of drug resistance occurred in the course of treatment. The bacteria in the experimental group decreased rapidly and the bacteria concentration did not recover after the treatment and no drug resistance was found after the treatment. Conclusion The antibacterial activity of namonoxacin against CA-MRSA infection is better than that of levofloxacin,and it is not easy to produce drug resistance.
