摘  要:现阶段,随着城市化建设的快速发展,工程设计市场的竞争越来越激烈。在这种情况下,企业要在日益激烈的市场竞争中立足,需要全面提升企业市场开发与投标经营管理工作质量。只有制定更加科学合理的投标经营策略,才能在日益激烈的市场竞争中获得更高质量的项目。论文概述了对工程设计单位投标经营管理的认识,分析了当前招投标工作存在的一系列问题,探讨了做好经营投标管理的策略。At present,with the rapid development of urbanization,the competition of engineering design market is becoming more and more intense.In this case,it is of great significance to promote the development of the enterprise market and the quality of bidding management in an increasingly fierce market competition.Only by developing a more scientific and reasonable bidding management strategy can we win a higher quality winning bid in this increasingly fierce market competition.This paper summarizes the understanding of bidding management of engineering design units,analyzes a series of problems existing in bidding work at present,and probes into the strategies of doing well in bidding management.
