芪龙通络胶囊联合常规西医治疗对脑梗死患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析芪龙通络胶囊联合常规西医治疗对脑梗死患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取脑梗死患者病例120例,根据随机数字表法,分为研究组、观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组应用抗血小板聚集药物、降压药物、银杏叶胶囊模拟剂和芪龙通络胶囊模拟剂治疗;在对照组的基础上,观察组加服银杏叶胶囊和芪龙通络胶囊模拟剂;研究组加服银杏叶胶囊模拟剂和芪龙通络胶囊。对比分析治疗前后3组患者VEGF、NO、SOD、NIHSS评分和中医证候积分的变化。结果治疗后,研究组患者的VEGF、NO、SOD水平明显高于对照组及观察组(P <0.05);治疗后研究组的中医证候积分和NIHSS评分明显低于对照组及观察组(P <0.05);治疗后研究组的总有效率82.50%,明显高于对照组的57.50%和观察组的32.50%(P <0.05)。结论芪龙通络胶囊能够有效改善脑梗死患者的血管内皮功能,降低患者的中医证候积分,有效改善患者的临床症状。Objective To investigate the effects of Qilong Tongluo capsule combined with routine western medicine on vascular endothelial function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group,observation group and control group according to the random number table method with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with antiplatelet drugs,antihypertensive drugs,Ginkgo biloba capsule simulator and Qilong Tongluo capsule simulant.On the basis of the control group,patients in the observation group were treated with Ginkgo biloba capsule and Qilong Tongluo capsule,study group plus Gi nkgo biloba capsule simulant and Qilong Tongluo capsule.The changes of VEGF,NO,SOD,NIHSS scores and TCM syndrome scores in three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of VEGF,NO and SOD in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and NIHSS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total eff ective rate of the experimental group was 82.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(57.50%)and the observation group(32.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Qilong Tongluo Capsule can effectively improve the endothelial function of patients,reduce the TCM syndrome score,and eff ectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
