自制止遗汤对遗尿患儿遗尿程度、睡眠深度等相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自制止遗汤对遗尿患儿遗尿程度、睡眠深度、次症和舌脉评分的影响。方法随机选取本院遗尿病患儿80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组口服缩泉丸治疗(2 g/次,3次/d),治疗组采用自制止遗汤治疗。2组均以3周为1个疗程,共6周。观察2组患儿临床疗效及治疗后遗尿程度、睡眠深度等相关症状积分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.50%,明显优于对照组的82.50%(P <0.05);2组治疗后主要症状及次要症状评分均较治疗前明显降低(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后鼻塞流黄涕、遗尿程度、睡眠深度及相关症状积分较对照组降低更为明显(P <0.05)。结论自制止遗汤能有效改善遗尿患儿遗尿症状。Objective To study on the effect of self-made Zhiyi decoction on enuresis degree,sleep depth,secondary symptom and tongue vein score in children with enuresis.Methods 80 children with primary enuresisin our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with oral Suoquan pill(2 g/time,3 times/day).The treatment group was treated with a self-made Zhiyi decoction.Both groups have been treated for three weeks for a total of six weeks.The related symptoms of the two groups were compared and the curative eff ect was observed.Results The total eff ective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(82.50%,P<0.05).The scores of major symptoms and secondary symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the nasal congestion,enuresis,sleep depth and related symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Zhiyi decoction can eff ectively improve the enuresis symptoms of children with enuresis.
