摘 要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇为主要原料,二羟甲基丙酸为亲水单体,二羟基二苯甲酮和亚油酸甘油酯为功能单体,以己二酸二酰肼和含多异氰酸酯基的聚氨酯为固化剂,制备了双键氧化固化、酮肼交联、异氰酸酯基三重交联型水性聚氨酯乳液。研究结果表明:聚氨酯乳液成膜后的交联度、干燥时间、硬度、耐水性等性能得到显著提高,具有很好的应用性能。The waterborne polyurethane emulsions that is double bond oxidative curing, ketoxime cross-linking, and isocyanate based triple cross-linking are prepared by toluene diisocyanate and polyether polyol as main raw materials, dimethylol propionic acid as hydrophilic monomer, dihydroxybenzophenone and linoleic acid glyceride as functional monomers, and adipoyl diacylamide polyurethanes containing polyisocyanate groups as curing agents. The results showed that the performance such as the cross-linking degree, drying time, hardness and water resistance of polyurethane emulsion after the film formation were improved.
