摘　　要：针对涂装车间烘干升降机齿轮轴发生断裂问题进行了原因分析及对策,制定了有效改善措施,彻底解决了轴断裂问题,保证了设备运行的稳定性及可靠性,并有效防止后期项目中此类问题的发生。The causes and countermeasures of the fracture problem of the gear shaft for drying elevator in the painting workshop are analyzed. The effective improvement measures are worked out, and the fracture problem is solved thoroughly. The stability and reliability of the equipment are guaranteed, and the occurrence of this kind of problem in the later project is effectively prevented.
