摘  要:以漆酶作为催化剂对缩合类单宁进行催化,将催化后的产物应用于植鞣绵羊服装革鞣制工艺中,研究其在鞣制过程的最佳工艺参数及鞣后坯革的物理机械性能。结果表明:在橡胶用量15%,鞣制pH值为5.5,结合pH值为6.5,结合温度35℃的工艺条件下,催化后的缩合类单宁具有最佳的鞣制效果。其收缩温度提高了11.25%,断裂伸长率提高了27.99%,撕裂力提高了7.80%。The condensed tannins were catalyzed by laccase and the catalyzed products were applied to the sheep garment leather tanning process.The optimum parameters in the tanning process and the physical and mechanical properties of the tanned leather were studied.The results show that the catalyzed condensed tannins has the best tanning effect under the conditions of silicone dosage 15%,tanning pH value 5.5,combining pH value 6,5,temPerature 35℃.The shrinkage temperature increases by 11.25%,the elongation at break enhances 27.99%and the tearing force elevates 7.80%.
