The soil resistivity at different moisture content was determined of a self-made model of three typical disturbed soil including clay, silt and sand according to the control variable method, changing one of the influencing factors, using forced current method in the physical parameters measurement. The empirical formula was obtained after the experimental data fitting, and the influence rules were carefully analyzed and compared. The experimental results show that the soil resistivity decreases with the increase of moisture content. When the moisture content is small, the resistivity is sensitive to the soil moisture content, and it decays exponentially. When the soil moisture content reaches a certain value(about 15%), the soil resistivity decreasing rate with the moisture content increases reduce significantly and trend to a stabile value. Comparing the experimental curves of clay, silt and sand, the difference of resistivity at low moisture content or dry is greater than that with high moisture content. When the moisture content reaches 30%, the resistivity of the three soils is almost the same.
